Back pain distresses the body, mind, and nervous system. Left unaddressed, it can drastically impact quality of life and lead to irritability, anxiety, and depression.
The principles of yoga and breathwork, when applied specifically, can rehabilitate the back. This four-week series will equip students with practices to decompress pain-inducing patterns and rebuild healthy ones; in addition, students will learn everyday movement habits to support lasting spinal health.
All classes will be safe and helpful for those with general back pain, posture concerns, hyper-kyphosis, hyper-lordosis, herniation, and spondylolisthesis.
