HaLé Bodywork

HaLé Bodywork is an evidence-based massage treatment with a profound effect on connective tissues, using dynamic techniques to stretch along fascial lines, free adhered tissue, and restore blood and lymph flow. Our therapists  specialize in ashiatsu, neuromuscular, myofascial release, and sports massage, as well as in-house treatment protocols to facilitate stress management, pain reduction, and emotional integration. This allows us to support a wide variety of clients with precise, individualized care, working with rehabilitative principles to build health and wellness.

Cupping Therapy

Can calm the nervous system and promote a deep state of relaxation. Cups are placed on rigid soft tissue, such as on the back, to release adhesive fascia, lift connective tissue, bring blood flow to stagnant fibers, and drain excess fluids and toxins. Available as a stand alone 30 min treatment, or ask for it to be incorporated into your HaLé Bodywork appt.

HaLé S.I. (Structural Integration)

HaLé Structural Integration is based on the Dr. Ida P. Rolf method of structural integration, using myofascial release techniques to reorganize tissues and balance the body in gravity. This bodywork focuses on connective tissues, applying sustained pressure and stretching manipulations in order to reduce restrictions, relieve chronic pain, and improve body performance. Available as single sessions that are adapted to address current needs, and as a 10 Series, which is a systematic protocol of treatments best received once a week for 10 weeks.

Breema

Breema teaches that we best support ourselves and one another by being present in the moment. The aim of this mindful bodywork is to create harmony and balance between our mind, feelings and body, and in all our relationships. This fosters joy, connection, and gratitude.
