Julie Eliserio

JulieJulie Eliserio stumbled into her first yoga class in 2008 and immediately found benefits with sleep, anxiety, and mental clarity, and as she committed to her practice over the next few years, finally admitted that positive things fall into place in her life once she lets yoga in. She completed Kali Yuga YoUniversity in 2014, and has a non-judgmental and playful teaching style. She believes that yoga is a form of self-love that allows her to be a better person, and it has allowed her to feel at home in her body during all the changes of pregnancy/post pregnancy/motherhood.
