Liz has been practicing yoga for over 30 years as part of a lifestyle that includes triathlons, trail running and golf. A Nashville native, Liz practiced a wide variety of yoga styles as the city’s yoga scene matured.
In 2008, she decided to deepen her personal practice by participating in teacher training at Sanctuary for Yoga. The training ultimately inspired her to share her love of yoga with others.
In 2014, she enhanced her training by completing Level I and Level II workshops in Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy. This therapeutic style of yoga focuses on the mind/body connection.
Liz has taught in corporate and private settings since 2009 and is inspired by her students and by the subtle strength and wisdom of the practice of yoga.
