Anxiety strains our mind and body.

Mind-body practices offer a method to self-regulate anxiety.

In this 8 week series, Dr. Birdee will guide participants to develop a personalized skill set to manage anxiety symptoms.

Mondays at 6 pm for 8 weeks, Oct 22-Dec 17 (no class Nov 26th).
