Restorative Meditation & Sound Healing

Meditation is the practice of personal observation, gentle concentration and inner awareness to bring about a sense of profound peace. Through meditating, we can learn to quiet and calm the mind, relax the body, and restore an overall sense of well-being.
This workshop will lead you through a form of guided meditation called “yoga nidra” that induces a state of deep, but conscious relaxation that exists in the space between sleep and awake. In this lucid sleep state, you can experience complete physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.
While experiencing the restorative “yoga nidra “meditation technique, you will also be immersed in a soothing sound bath created by the healing tones of Tibetan singing bowls to heighten this deeply relaxing mind-body experience.
No experience is necessary as this is a practice suitable for everybody. Please dress comfortable and invite yourself to an afternoon of gentle self-care.
