A Special Series for Men: Shoulders, Hips, Hamstrings, & The Mind

9:30-10:30 am, Drop Ins Welcome

This 60 minute (8-week series) class is specially designed for the men. We will use balls, rollers and chairs to address tight hamstrings and to gently open the shoulders and hips. We will use breath work, asana, and mental focus in order to steady the mind and improve focus, flexibility stamina, and strength. All body types/ all levels welcome.
