Sustainable Movement Body Re-Boot Boot Camp

Sustainable bodies come from sustainable usage. In this short immersion, we will explore how our bodies have been responding to aging, overuse, lack of use, impact and injury to allow us to regain strength and flexibility so the two can co-exist, providing safe and sustainable movement going forward. These classes use the tools of yoga and Yamuna® Body Rolling (YBR®) as well as other somatic and sustainable movement techniques.

Classes are accessible to all and useful for those with who are new to or returning to yoga or any other activity and want to proceed safely. Classes will also benefit those who need to rehab from injury or overuse, those who sit too much or travel frequently and experience highs and lows in energy and activity levels and those who are active or athletic and want to alleviate impact in certain areas of the body.

Workshops and classes are open to all levels and no prior experience is necessary. Please pre-register.


$30 per class$100 for the week
