Whether you have TMJ syndrome or simply experience tightness in your jaw and neck, this series will help improve the comfort and relaxation of your jaw, head, neck and shoulders and even improve breathing. Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement exercises are slow and gentle. They quickly begin to reduce tension and change our habits of self-use. For a variety of reasons the temper-mandibular joint is a common hiding place for muscular tension. You will learn some Feldenkrais tips to help reduce jaw and face tension whenever you want.
