Series for Men: Shoulders, Hips, Hamstrings, & the Mind

6 Weeks: Aug 20- Sept 24

This 60 minute (6-week series) class is specially designed for men. We will use balls, rollers and chairs to address tight hamstrings and to gently open the shoulders and hips. We will use breath work, asana, and mental focus in order to steady the mind and improve focus, flexibility stamina, and strength. All body types/ all levels welcome.

$120 in advance for the whole series. $25/class for drop ins.

We need a minimum of 4 students signed up for the series in order to hold this class. Advance registration highly recommended.
