Series for Men: Shoulders, Hips, Hamstrings, & the Mind

This 60 minute class is specially designed for men, come to as many classes as you can! We will use balls, rollers and chairs to address tight hamstrings and to gently open the shoulders and hips. We will use breath work, asana, and mental focus in order to steady the mind and improve focus, flexibility stamina, and strength. All body types/ all levels welcome.

$120 in advance for the whole series. $25/class for drop ins.

We have reached our min enrollment, and this class is a GO! If you can’t make all 6, please join us as a drop-in for those dates that DO work. We’d love to see you in class!
