Emily has her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and roots her practice in developmental and person-centered theories. She has experience working with adolescents, individuals, couples, and families, in agency and school-based settings. She enjoys navigating life’s intricacies alongside clients and focuses on facilitating insight to help those who are feeling adrift, stuck, or overwhelmed. Her history in the field is grounded in encountering people facing transition, grief and loss, identity and meaning, depression and anxiety as well as relational and family struggles.

Emily is committed to build a relationship with clients, affirm their experience, genuinely connect, and collaborate to develop solutions which promote impactful growth. She believes in fostering a sense of balance to encourage mind-body connection and healing. Emily understands the vulnerable nature of this personal work and is incredibly humbled to walk with clients through their unique process.
