Courtney Schand is a Tennessee native and has dedicated the last 10 years to studying how humans thrive. She is a trained relationship coach and works as a Self-care Coach and Registered Dietitian.

Through the use of techniques that connect the mind and body (emotional freedom technique, or EFT tapping and mindful/intuitive eating) she helps people heal their relationship to food. She believes big health outcomes start with small, manageable strategies to make healthy eating do-able and weight management sustainable.

She teaches mindful eating strategies that allow meals to become a sensuous escape and “dieting” to fall out of your vocabulary for good.
