JANE HOUSE, RYT
Ha.Lé Movement & Soul Care Yoga
Jane has been working, training and nourishing her interest in the realm of embodiment arts for over 20 years. She holds a M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, a B.A. in Psychology from Georgetown University, and has completed a thesis titled ‘The Yoga of Embodiment’- available for (free) download at janehouseyoga.com. In 2001, Jane co-founded a yoga school in San Francisco that became her home for teaching and learning for nearly a decade of her young adulthood. Through The Yoga Loft, Jane was able to immerse herself in the hands-on study of Hatha Yoga & Somatic Psychology under the wings of a dozen master teachers, including Angela Farmer and Sofia Diaz. From years of devoted inquiry, Jane unfolded a practice that works to serve body, mind & soul herself– a gentle, self-guided approach to asana and breath that aims to wake up the body’s most intuitive and self-healing processes.
