Rebekah Miller, RD

Nutrition

Rebekah Miller is a registered and licensed dietician who has her degree in Nutrition and Food Science and completed her internship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She is a native Hoosier from Indiana who spent the first 10 years of her career as an organic farmer learning from plants and studying the intricate process of vegetable and fruit life.  She became a dietitian to make the connection between healthy eating and healthy growing practices.
Rebekah believes in the healing power of food.  She understands that a healthy gut can be transformative in a life and lead to decreased anxiety and a more resilient immune system.  She enjoys working with people to add desirable and delicious foods to their diet that inspire growth and healing.   Rebekah combines her knowledge of nutrition with her training in the transtheoretical model of change and health coaching to effect meaningful lifestyle changes in the lives of the people she treats.
