Qigong has been cultivated for over 5,000 years for medical, martial and spiritual purposes. It is a discipline that trains a person to perceive, transport and transform energy. 

Qigong for pain management and better sleep is a four-week series that focuses on breathing and relaxation, which are the first and foremost skills in qigong practice. In this course, you will learn the breathing aspects in conjunction with moving and quiescent meditation, energy cleansing, and intention building. 

You will experience mind-body practices that improve our mental and physical health by integrating postures, movement and exercises, breathing, meditation and relaxation techniques, energetic cleansing and charging, highly focused intention, and healthy lifestyle changes, among others. 

This is an opportunity to rejuvenate your musculoskeletal system, clear your mind and enchant your spirit.
